I’ve worked on a number of different projects in the community from one-offs to semi-permanent projects.

I’ve worked with and alongside Nutritionists/Dieticians in Manchesters Asian communities designing and implementing recipe design and practical implementation.

I’ve done various short and long term projects with older adults in Longsight(Mcr) teaching both one to one adults and group sessions in cooking/Nutrition.

I have worked on recipe/menu for local authority planning with cooks/chefs in various locations around the UK, including the most recent in South Devon where we designed and ran a practical hands-on Seafish project for children and young people of all ages.
